Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Canada but are working on expanding our services. Stay tuned!
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Vedik Bloom experience! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used beauty products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at customercare@vedikbloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@vedikbloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
